here is a rough quick conversion for single to dual and dual to single jets

" here's the math for turning single size jets into dual jets (it's not half size) single jet x .71 = dual jet size.
Example of your first single jet,
    .062 x .71 = dual .043's, which is 147.5crank hp, or 125.375rwhp, as per NOS's way.

Also, the Colonels table is NOS fwhp at 950psi and the 100 crank is actually dual .033 and nos used to send a .032 and a .034, that's what I got on my first 5177 and the math backs it up.

Here is the math for converting dual jets into single jets:
    (.71 x size of one jet) x 2 = single jet size"

NOS brand LS1 78mm plate jetting...

    ------ n20 --- Fuel
    75 HP 41 ---- 26
    100HP 51 ---- 31 (runs pretty rich)
    125HP 55 ---- 35 (runs pretty rich)
    150HP 63 ---- 38

Ran the 55 Nos, with a 31 fuel, and it seems almost perfect. Reading around 12.5 on wideband, plugs look awesome. This is at 900psi on bottle.
blown transmissions are about as useful as 97% of the guys on this forum

Have a stock longblock 2002 TA going with 66/32 next Friday. Has already run 7.04 on a fat tune with 66/44. Yes, looks like disaster but I wanna see 100 in the 8th from a stock LS1.

Well I thought that i would post a little more jetting info on here for our single nozzle systems.

    HP N2O Fuel
    35 31 17
    50 35 19
    75 41 23
    100 52 28
    125 57 32
    150 62 36
    175 73 40
    200 78 41
    225 82 45
    250 88 46

All of this jetting is on factory fuel pressure for LS based vehicles 55-58psi.
Our single shark nozzle will flow up to 250hp and if needed we do offer a SHO version that will flow up to 400hp.
If you are wanting to go above 150hp you will need to call us and order a custom SHO hose that will support the amount of N2O flow.

Just so y'all know I have sprayed ALL of these settings on my personal truck and had great cylinder to cylinder distribution all the way to 250 HP.

We do also have E85 jetting for most of our systems if you are running E85 just let me know and I will help you out.
