    electric windows conversion please help!!!!

    i have 99' silverado and i only have power locks and manual windows and i bought all the harnesses and i got the switchs and the motor but is ther anything else i might need? i've heard it could be done but never acutally seen it for myself

    I know on the aftermarket kits they are very simple. Did you get aftermarket or factory stuff(I would do factory myself so I wouldn't have to cut holes for switches or haventhe ugly caps that cover the crank). If you have the factory motors switches and harnesses all you will need is the power equipped door panels and some breakers. (IMO the 03-04 door panels are the best route, all you have to do is get some 1/2" flat pan head screws to mount the 99-02 switch plate.) this way you don't have the carpet up top and don't have the extra holes that the 05-07classic panels have.

    well the truck had tan interior and mine is black so i just got the arm rest and the switches. i can paint that with paint tht c/kresto.com sells for the interior

    I may be wrong but I think you are going to need more than just the armrest and plate. The door panels are completely different.
