    new guy from waco

    i am from the waco area i have a pretty much stock 1998 3/4ton chevy with a 350 with dual flowmasters and cold air intake. I go to college at tstc for diesel mechanics and work full time and i put absolutly every spare penny that i can muster up into my truck trying to make it go faster and look better(Faster is more important) i'd appreciate any type a suggestion for CHEAP mods to do to it
    current mods: dual flowmaster exhaust headman headers no cats, k&n cai, nelson tune

    swap to an lq9 or build you a sick 408 outa one and spray the crap out of it or a 4.8/5.3 turbo build
    04 1500 5.3L custom hp tuners tune by myself don have a pic of it yet so hear is my old 01 chevy 5.3 460hp 13.669 @ 116

    Like Red said. Get an Lsx based engine and you will have alot more choices.

    welcome, i would get a 99 or newer ls based chevy,they are easy to make run fast. by the way some e fans help on performance and fuel.
