700R4 4L60E 4L65E Cast Aluminum Deep Transmission Pan

I'm switching to a Turbo400 so no longer need this pan. Description on TCI's site is as follows:

One of the best investments you can make to assure longevity of your automatic transmission is a cast aluminum deep pan. Designed with cooling fins to dissipate heat faster, these pans also provide additional strength and rigidity to the transmission case. No modifications are necessary to the stock dipstick and the pan includes magnetic drain plug, filter, pan gasket and new rail bolts and washers.

Heat is the hands-down biggest killer of transmissions. Whether you're getting into performance or keeping your truck stock, you should do everything you can to lower temps. This pan holds two extra quarts of fluid which reduce fluid temperatures anywhere from 20 to 50 degrees depending on application. It's already been tapped and has a sending unit for a temperature gauge. You will need a new gasket which can easily be purchased at any auto parts store.

New, these are about $145 on eBay plus shipping. I'd like to get $125 shipped.
