    NEW B from baton rouge

whats up everyone! Im Jake from BR and I got an 02 GMC Sierra limited edition yellow. Got some body work done, lowered and interior stuff. Ive been in the slow process of adding engine upgrades. Its got a 4.8L V8 with hypertech programmer, K&N intake, headers and 2 cats with no muffler. My fastest time at the track is a 15.03 at 94 miles an hour. I consider it not bad for a small V8 with not much done but am about to add some headers and gears.

I need help with what to do next? I want some long tube pacesetter headers and y pipe and dont know if I need a high flow cat with it or just a performance muffler? I was also wondering if it needs some type of tuning for it? All I got so far is its a 4.8L with hypertech and K&N intake and no muffler with stock cats. I just ordered my throttle body spacer too. Any suggestions?

I'm going to go with a dupe... LOL

Welcome! There are a lot of things you can do--starting with the LT headers and ORY. But before you do that, sell the handheld programmer and get a custom tune! All of the engine codes can be deleted when you put the ORY on with the custom tune.
