USed to wrk for a retailer that sold philips products, we joked that "philips" was a slang term for "return" for the majority we sold we brought back by the customers with problems.

It doesnt look like a bad deal, just dont bet on it being something thats gonna last several years. But then again if you are like me you dont keep Tv's long anyway

I have a nice phillips 42 lcd and its great. I also buy and sell a lot of TVs in my business. Lately the only bad lcd I have seen was a proview. Tvs overall the worst ones were Zeniths followed by RCAs . This is with 12 years buying, sellling and pawning tvs.

Oh by the way Duckman are you and your buddy gonna get married?
What happens when yall divorce then who gets the TV?
99RCSB Broke because I wasted thousands and thousands of dollars on my truck.

i wouldnt say no good, not the best though. We had alot of problems out of them and eventually got to the point the salesmen wouldnt sell them because they didnt want to have a return on the comms.

yea check the weekend ads for them too..

RCA is garbage. we had so many problems with ours. We had a sony from like 1988, to 1998 and never had 1 problem with it. During a storm it got fried, so we stuck a magnit to it to fix it and we still use that tv in our game room today LOL works like a champ. The RCA lasted about a yr then started giving us problems, so we went with another sony.
