    Question Exhaust Pipe Size

Tell me what you think of this for my exhaust. Long tube headers that are being built by Nitrous into two 2 1/2" pipes that meet in to thisSummit Racing - High Performance Car and Truck Parts | 800-230-3030 From there it goes to a 3" pipe, a 3 inch muffler (haven't decided on which one) all the way out to the back. Or what is better true duals or single out? By the way this is going into a 1990 Chevrolet Truck RCSB 1/2 ton 2 Wheel Drive that will be powered by a 2002 LS1/Auto. Hope this makes sense. Thanks Art...

Dual 3" would be too much. You could do dual 2.5" if you wanted to do true duals.

Your setup that you have in mind will be plenty. A single 3" works very well; if you wanted true duals then go 2.5" with an x-pipe.

    Just a 4.8.......
