    I know if this stands true for all years of 6.0 motors but the swap me and my cousin did was on a 99 p/u with a 5.3 4L60E and we put I think the 6.0 was out of 01 p/u with a 4L80E and we had to remove a spacer that was between the flexplate and crank so that the flexplate did not jamm up with the converter on our swap, maybe something to look for before you decide to stab your engine

    Did you use the 80e or 60e?

    I need some help I have a 1985 Chevy silverado and basically run it to run like a 1999 0r 2000 chevy silverado. Someone told me the cheapest easiest way to do this instead of trying to swap everything ove to just take the body off the 1985 and put in on a 99 or 00 is this even possible or could you point me to someone who would have some advice on this. thanks
