I have an appreciation for both. I've owned 4 Syclones and am in the process of building an LSX S10. There's nothing like 360 ft lbs of torque and AWD. Sending a Syclone out of the hole is like being coiled up behind a huge spring and then releasing it. Fun stuff and a head rush to boot. All on stock tires.

But, they can be beat just like anything else. It's all who has the right mods.

I welcome change and diversity. It's the spice of life.

    Hello Zach-

    Sorry no videos...
I just got it running today from a long sleep (2006). It had a knock issue from running 1.6 self aligning rockers.
I switched back to 1.52 full rollers with guide plates and knock issue was solved. I guess they are a little quieter.
My plans are to have the best of both worlds...Turbo LS1 AWD truck.
Going to have a little fun with this V6 until the time comes.

hey guys, i have a noob question. I've been doing a lot of research on modding my 94' 2dr yukon. i've been toying around with the idea of making this truck into a quick AWD truck with reasonably priced parts. i was thining about doing a 4l80e swap with a manual transfercase from at 2500HD. but then i forgot all about the syclone until recently. Is it possible that some of the parts from the syclone i.e. front and rear diff and transfercase, will fit in the big rigs?? i know the transfercase is pretty robust and found in AWD astro vans and bravada's...shouldn't be too hard to find

please dont bash, i'm still new to all this on the domestic side....i'm used to imports and turboed 4-bangers
