4wheelparts sell them for $150 for Genuine gear or $200 for OEM(best IMO) and $100 for an install kit with bearings. You'll need axle seals and lube. A cover gasket is always nice instead of silicone. A couple cans of brake cleaner to wash the pumpkin out. Lastly is the cost of installation. Somebody in the DFW area does them for $150. Other places charge up to $400.
