For only a 100 shot you can go with a nozzle kit. Or if you have the money, get a plate kit from a place like Nitrous Outlet, Nitrous Express, Dynotune, etc...

With the flex fuel (e85) trucks aren't there a difference in fuel rails and lines?

motor is not a flex fuel motor and i am running the fast fuel rails so that shouldn't be an issue mootor isout of an 03 hd 6.0 lq4 thought about the nozzle kit and the plate kit both just don't know what would look best but as far as the drive by wire what should i do to activate it i know i want wot activation with a window switch but what rpms are safe i believe my rev limiter is at 6000

Nitrous Express sells a WOT switch that monitors the DBW voltage and activates when it sees WOT. Or you can just make a mount that holds the micro switch at the pedal.
Standard for the window switch is 3k to just before shift points or spray through if the trans will handle it.

Just wondering why you would choose spray and E85 for a dune truck? I would think that wouldn't be ideal. Both are consumed very quickly. Spray is only good as long as the bottle lasts and E85 has a lot lower mileage. Neither can usually be found anywhere near most places since dunes are usually in the middle of the desert Just my I think you would be better off spending the money on something else to increase power. What is your complete current setup?

only reason i want e85 and nitrous is well i wnant more power ight now i dont hit wot that often so i know i wont use that much nitrous and as far a s the e85 just want to be diffent im going to install a 44gal cell that should be plenty for a couple days of playing around

I think a different route. Like a supercharger on meth would be better suited for your situation. Lots of on demand power and the meth to keep it nice and cool in that desert heat. Also wouldn't lose the mileage quite so much and a couple of bottles of meth can be carried around easy and cheap. (washer fluid) Just my I like spending other peoples money a little too much
