Thread: New from Slidell, Louisiana

    New from Slidell, Louisiana

Hey there, forgive my etiquette, but this is my first thread I've ever posted on any site.

I just bought an 81' C10 for 300 bucks. I found an LS3/4L60 combo from a 2010 camaro with less than 2000 miles on it. I got a decent deal on it. It's on the way now.

This is my very first project vehicle so I'm really stoked to get started.

I'll post some pictures as soon as I can.

Get ready for the questions, cuz I got a bunch....

dont buy the s10 mounts, they are adjustable for motor placement but arent long enough....unless you have a welder and do a lil fabbing on them
