You have all kinds of trouble with various performance shops/people/builders. Shops/people/builders/ that many many people have had great dealings with. Not saying because others have great experiences that you will too, because in the performance world, things will fail. It's just part of it. There are usually different people that have bad things to say about any shop/builder/company. But when the same person has ongoing issues with multiple people, maybe that person should take a step back and find the common denominator in all the instances.

I don't know Kenneth. To read on the Internet, many people have had great luck with him. Unfortunately, he's picked a hobby/profession that if it breaks, it costs people time and money to make right. In this day where people want a transmission that will hold 1,000+ hp in a 4400+ pound vehicle that will last 100,000miles, I'd have to do a full background check and have references and the customer would have to sign some sort of contract not to be a douche before I'd sell them my product. You just can't please some people no matter how hard you want to try.

I'm sure it will be a lessened learned on both ends. I'm sure you won't give any more business to Kenneth and if he was smart, he wouldn't accept another dime from you. Sometimes it's just not worth having your name drug through the mud to make a few bucks.

I have to agree with this one, and Zach what builder is gonna be able to look at a fried transmission and tell you its tolerances are off. That is plain ignorant. First complaint against Kenny I think any of us have heard. I bet you can't say the same about your new builder. It's too bad it worked out like this, but good luck with your new build. Surprised you didn't even give him a single chance to make it right, but oh well.

I been down with my shop builder since day 1 so don't what your talking about unless your just saying in general.

Yes I know parts fail , I have been breaking shit for a long time .some of these youngsters who know nothing about with there 300hp power level.

But that's not the point , when u pay for something and the product is not as described. You would not be so happy either.Im actually not being a dick either ... if i really wanted to be one i would! but what's done is done.

    The chance was taken...

Kenny has not personally built or touched my tranny. But he has a hand full of the guys around me. They abuse the hell out of them, granted they are 80es and they are all 500+ rwhp. But his turn around time and cost impresses me. Trannys fail. That's just how it works. He did offer to fix it for little to no cost...I can't see why you wouldn't let him try to make it right
