good god what road did you find to get that truck up to 142mph with those mods???

I-45 North at about 2pm lol... by the way I was using a gps and was told there a couple of mph off.

i mean everything adds up that you were at that speed if you have im guessing around 30in tire, 4l60E in 3rd, 3.42 gears i would guess, and 5600 rpm so you are right at it.

that just seems like a long ways to go on a stockish truck to get to 142mph lol

Its not stock, I listed most of the mods up the post.

I have pretty much full bolt-ons, CAI, vette servo, shift kit, eaton posi, 4:10's, full exhaust, nelson tune, upgraded wires.... etc,

those??? yeah that's pretty stock man. there is plenty more you can buy to go faster besides wheels.

Yes I know that, but stockish to me is more just a CAI or exhaust... Im trying to save up for boost right now.... and im not getting the wheels for the speed thing thats just a plus, I just really like the way they look.

buying for looks i get, they look damn good, but buying them for dyno numbers or for a power gain is ridiculous. that money can be spent many places. i wish my truck had as few mods as yours so it was cheap to go faster lol. now i have to drop a grand for a few ponies... have fun going boosted!! haha
