I had my 350 set up with TBI from a '90, so I left the wiring for the fuel pump, and I had it wired through a kill switch. I'm starting to wonder if the wiring isn't holding the voltage on the pump back, but admittedly I am now grasping at straws.

Guess what the problem was all along! The crappy wiring to the pump was keeping it from running at full pressure. It's running great now! I guess that's a lesson to anyone else out there doing a swap; make sure you run good, thick wiring with good connections to your fuel pump!

Thanks for all of your help
