Nothing big but it was fun...

My wife and I were driving through Mesquite tonight and I see this red Silverado coming up on me pretty fast. His front bumper got right about by my wifes door and he nails it and stays on it. I was trying to be good because of my passenger. But who can pass that up? Since I had seen him coming up on me, I was prepared to get on it, so by the time I reacted I would say his rear bumper was at my front bumper. I mash the throttle and am alongside him almost immediately and put about three lengths on him in a matter of seconds. His truck sounded really nice, had duals and I don't know what else. But this cam pulls great down low, I love it.

Had to turn off the street to go see a friend in the hospital and told my wife 'watch, he'll gun it as he goes by'...but I guess he learned his lesson because he just drove on by. Good way to end the night.

thats pretty cool man... it irks me that people all the time come up next to me and want to run but i dont think i can do much to the m with my v6...lol i guess they see lowered and heelsandcowl hood and think its got to be able to run...lol i guess i cold take the race motor and drop it in the car but that would be an expensive gas bill...lol i would have to take a 55 gallon drum and drop it in the bed and run the pump from there to be able to drive down the street...lol

nobody ever wants to play with me and i have all that stuff...actually diesels love to try me but i havent had one give me a contest yet. i know one day im guna get smoked by a diesel(literally ) so far im 100% against them and every time they look over at me baffeled after i pull em like a train. other than diesels nobody will play except your occasional rice which dosent count

the reason i ask is my friend has a 4.8 red with black stripes but he has ss badges on it, he thinks he is fast but not really that quick, and yeah i just hard pull him when he lines up with me it&#39;s just to funny, don&#39;t know on the truck yet i pick it up tonight, and i still owe you a ride

Could have been him, I don&#39;t remember any black stripes though. Then again, I only saw his truck briefly before he got schooled.

Keep in touch about how the truck turns out and about Ennis. I want to make a few passes to see how this cam does as opposed to my old one.

Oh yeah i will let you know but i will prob head out to redline this weekend make some 1/8th mile runs and see how this newly 2wd truck runs, i want 8.3&#39;s on motor
