Every 99-02 gmt800 i have seen has been DBC.
but there is some of those trucks that had the traction control option rare but a option. These might have DBW but I still doubt it.

The 99 to 02 with traction control had dbw just like 98 to 02 camaro ss' s. Very rare for its time.
