Hey welcome to the show. Since you mainly have f-body accessories get an f-body water pump. You can get a Nelson Performance harness and also buy a pcm from them that comes with a custom tune. The transfer case should bolt up but you will need the output shaft replaced. There should be no issues running the f-body accessories on your truck, I haven't had any. Good luck and keep us posted.
