    Actually I've invested in a smaller gut so I can see my feet better when I walk...today is the first day of the atkins diet (again). I've had no trouble dropping 50lbs on it both times I've done it.

    Congrats on the weight loss. Just be careful. The Atkins is so unhealthy for you.

    I know...the first time I did it I didn't know that and my cholesterol went through the roof. After that I did a bit more research and added vitamins and reduced my saturated fat intake.

    Not only is it unhealthy but its the most REdone diet. If you have to go back and do a "diet" again it obviously isnt the best thing for you. Sure cutting carbs out will drop a bunch of weight, but eat one piece of bread and you gain 14 back. You really should look into a better diet for many reasons.

    I found getting in the lift room changed this for me. I was the same way I now have put on 25lbs.

    Best of luck with the diet...You should look into the "GM Diet" ...... yes the general has its own diet, I've tried it for s#&ts and giggles.
