6.0 lq4 cam decision....

so i am gonna order my new cam for my lq4 6.0 this week. wanna double check and get some feedback befor i get something i dont want... i want a rough idle and wanna make some real good power.,
looking on summit racing found a few, also saw comp has a thumpr series and didnt know how those worked???
duration at 050 was 235 in/249 ext
lift was 573 in/558 ext
i have comp valve springs now good to 600 lift so id like to stay right around that. would you guys say thats a good cam or do you have others in mind that make more power?? kinda a newb at this whole building motors so all help would be nice. '

You would need a lot more stall IMO for that cam. It's an odd one too with so much duration and not so much lift.

ya just saw it as a idea, not set on anything yet. what cam would you guys go with?? im a newb when it comes to this stuff and would rather ask you guys that know your stuff to give me a setup thad work good together. i drive the truck daily but just want it streetable. want the most bang for my buck. kinda on a budget but what converters do you guys run??

We will need a more extensive list of mods and specs on your build. Tire height gearing transmission body style year and expectations are all needed to pick a good cam and converter combo.
