241 vs 862 head question

I found a set of 241 heads localy for real cheap. Trying to find some info on them.

I have 862 on the truck now. Want to know the difference besides the combustion chamber size. Are the valves the same size yada yada???

Intake valve is 2" on the 241, exhaust valve is same size as the 862. If planning on 241 heads on a 5.3 you will lose compression and hp.
