    Disassemble and Reassemble.

That's my vote, you're so good at it, be faster than typing on the forum.

See you in a couple hours with all problems solved, no need to thank me.

Did you ever get this figured out? I have the SAME exact problem in my 6.0 swap. No brake lights or reverse, but I have tail lights and blinkers and a third brake light that work.

check the 4 connectors under the bed and rear bumper for corrosion they control the rear lights, usually dirt and mud get stuck in them and cause weird shit to happen

With the swap I'm thinking maybe the Tcc/ brake switch wire.

Mine was doing the same thing. In my case I accidentally cut the wire for the brake lights when I replaced the fuel pump. I just spliced into it under the cab and ran a wire all the way to the block under the back of the truck. Ill fix it correctly next time I have the bed off or drop the tank.
