Just a little update. Swapped the cam, oil pump, timing chain, rod bolts and drilled and tapped the pan for oil feed and return. Also painted the hot pipes and wrapped them, cleaned the heads up really good and installed PRC dual springs and had the valve covers, valley cover and cold pipe all powdercoated gloss white.

Not sure if any one has tried this but what about the jet hot coating on the hot side. I know it works amazing on headers and 4 wheeler exhaust ive had in the past

Thanks guys! And ill keep it updated. Badcc, I've heard of ppl doing the jet hot coating and I would imagine it will work to keep them from rusting, but I would still wrap just to keep all the heat in I can

Thats what we use it for on atvs. It keeps the temp of the metal way down. They go from glowing red after a good run(before coating) to were you can touch them for a few seconds (after the coating)
