Like I said in your pt.net thread. i think it'd be a hell of a lot easier to rip ever inch of wiring from the cab forward and go with say a painless setup.

That may be, but before I'd spend the money on a painless setup, I'd just wire it myself. I understand they're nice and simple, but I have a hard time cuttin loose that kind of money on something I can do myself, or pay a buddy to do.

And we got this little issue figured out if it does present itself. If it doesn't crank after the pcm is gone, it will either have a wire from the key to the starter or be on a push button touch panel...

We have these in all our racecars and they're really neat in my opinion. Very simple install. Almost idiot proof lol And they look cool lit up.


The first two will be just like in that picture, starter and ignition(if i have to), then fans, nitrous activation, heater, purge, bang button, and maybe the second kit I been thinkin about hookin up

Im not sure, he just said dont use any type of holley electric fuel pumps, the one my dad told him about must have been pretty bad to run a 700hp 540, and he said go quick fuel, hes an engine builder for some of the fastest airboats in FL

Thanks for the info. Plenty of people run the pump I'm going to run including my buddy with a 505bbc on e85 that makes 550 to the tires. I'll try this and if it doesn't work, I'll look elsewhere. Thanks

I can tune that thing you posted a picture of...I guess I could do the electrical version everyone else does if I took the time to learn. The mechanical one takes less time and effort initially. Go man!

I'm fittin ta learn! I've never owned anything with a carb besides my lawnmower lol

This will be a fun project and I think the truck will really haul ass. I know I know...I could haul ass with fuel injection also. Someday I'll do that too lol

I'm a firm believer in karma. I would never wish anything that ill on someone that loves his/her truck as much as I do or put as much blood sweat and tears in it as I have. I hope nothing like that ever happens to you.

Besides, if you think your truck or anyone elses car is exempt from being stolen because of anti devices, you're sadly mistaken.

Your truck is sick. Ive seen it run and wouldnt wish on anyone of than myself as long as i have full coverage insurance that his or her truck is stolen. I would possibly steal yours if i could and return it later after a couple of joy rides so then you could ride with me in it like
