Messed up the 07 pretty bad

Well the girlfriend and I headed north to greenville over the weekend to meet a few buddies to do some riding on the sleds. headed back sunday around 1oclock about 10 minutes from the house after a 3 hour drive some idiot decides to do an illegal U turn directly in front of me headed down a steep hill. needless to say there was nothing i could do except hit him and then we both ended up in the snowbank. No one was injured but his 08 altima had seen better days and my 07 has at least 10k in damage, the sled trailer is totalled and there is damage to the sleds. still waiting on the adjusters to go through all the BS. SUCH AN INCONVENIENCE. Just glad we were okay. snapped a pic with my phone below, took a bunch more of the damage on the camera.

i'm located in Dayton Maine specifically, its near portland.

And trust me if the guy wasnt 60 something years old i would of had a few words with him...

From the report he gave he was trying to get into a driveway just up the street and had pulled off to the side to turn around except he decided to turn around right in front of me... idiot... The house he was trying to get to supposedly is a known crack house, even the tow truck driver made a comment about it, so who knows if he was on drugs or what the hell he was thinking. Very weird little man, never even asked if we were okay. Gonna be a long couple weeks and im NOT driving the RST in the salt. i refuse...

the truck has at least 10k in damage and never had a scratch or dent before, the trailer cap is totalled, and the sleds were damaged. Such a nightmare...

nope they sure didnt. now he is claiming i rearended him when there is only rear side damage to the car. his insurance company is siding with him of course stating im liable and of course my insurance company is siding with me...and basically i'm getting screwed at the moment. if ever there was a time for Karma it'd be now, i sure hope this guy gets what he deserves. prick...
