    2000 4.3 swap to 96 4.3 same engine?

    I need to replace my 280k miles engine with something newer, it's my work truck and I don't want to put lots of money in it. I found this 2000 Silverado with 4.3 vortex vin "w" as my 96 Sierra, is this direct fit no modification needed (engine mounts, ecu, transmission, exhaust, ect) any one knows this?
