i put a 220/224 .585.588 113+4 cam in mine with Patriot Extreme springs even though ill nvr go any bigger of a cam.

i wish i had a 5.7 radiator but its ok the 05 one worked out just fine for me.
if you need any help just lemme know. your not pulling the heads right? get 16 pencil magnets an hold the lifters up as you pull the cam an replace the cam. dont be skimpy with the cam lube imo
