Hey guys, sorry it has been so long to post an update, been out driving this thing every second I can, absolutely in love with it!

Everything went in fairly easily, definitely couldn't have done it without my big brother (SS94S10) and Black X, major major thanks to those guys, extremely knowledgeable and put a ton of time and effort into this truck and made it happen. Can't blame them too much, always nice to build a motor on someone else's budget and melt their tires!

Truck runs absolutely amazing. Ran faster in the quarter than my dad's 01 vette automatic with exhaust and CIA, I believe that ran a 13.64, and I have to correct Black X (sorry buddy!) I ran a 13.397 @ 102, best time so far. Only have taken it to the track once, and did about 10 runs. I think since it is broken in a little more she might do a bit better. And like Black X mentioned, that was on the 22" rubber and steel wheels (heavy as hell as most of you know). I am dying to try a set of racing slicks to see what she'd really do!

For a quick reminder and basic setup of the truck:

- 2002 5.3L out of a half ton 2WD, transmission from the same truck, 35K miles.
- Schoenfeld headers (1 5/8")
- Yank 4000 stall
- LS1 intake
- 228/230 .571/.573 112 LSA Comp custom grind cam
- Heavier springs
- 4.56 gears with Eaton posi
- 22" steel wheels!
- Stage 2 shift kit/corvette servo
- Custom harness, which my brother spent countless hours making and worked perfectly the first time. Can't thank ya enough bro!
- Custom tune which works AMAZING courtesy of Black X

Future plans are some head work to let er breathe a bit more and possibly some more intake to compensate. Love this truck like you wouldn't believe and it has blown everyone's minds with how well it all works together.

Just wanted to thank my brother Colin (SS94S10) and buddy James (Black X) again for all of their time and hard work, this project really happened because of them, and they are always welcome to shred some 22" rubber whenever they like! I will try and check more often to answer any questions you guys might have. Take care guys, see y'all soon!
