I had a '93 I bought new. Very tough trucks.
I just wanted to do something different with the swap. Everyone has seen a v8 S-10, but you never hear of an LS1 Hardbody.

Made any progress on it other than acquiring two parts?

cleaned a little more and got rid of a few more parts off of it.
Work is slow, so everything else that has to do with extra money is slow too.

Got a little more done. Engine is sitting basically in place. Its on stands and truck is on dollys so I can roll it around.
Going to borrow some F-body long tubes to check and see how close they would be to working.
There is a crossmember below the engine that will have to be remade to fit.
Will need to use a pusher fan as there is only about an inch between the waterpump and radiator.
I know the heads are nasty. They are just for mock up. Also will be using the Vic Jr., not the LS1.
