Today was very busy, go my shims in and most importantly i rewired my entire harness. The befor and after like night and day. I yanked the old fuse block and installed my painless perf. box. A lot less wires to mess with , well it seemed like it, and it turned out pretty good. I still need some 1 or 1.5inch tubing to cover up the big part of the harness , but i'm happy for now. Got my wiring diagram sketched too for my pcm controlled fans., thats tomorrow or the next day, hopefully i wont be busy.

    here they are, http://www.ls1truck.com/temppublish/wiring

I hated the old fuse block, i was actually embarrassed to open my hood cause it was soo ugly, but it did the job just fine, but now it looks closer to stock and i still need to figure out how to mount the pcm, just got a metal strap securing it for now.

    later,

They can make nests on the cowl vent just above the wiring, they still have small leaves and branches to start over with.

    thanks, it took about 3hrs,
