You honestly don't want to tow a trailer in OD. You put mechanical levelage against the mainshaft of the transmission when in OD. GM, Ford and Dodge all recommend not to tow in OD. I destroyed a 5 speed pulling my boat in OD. I guess they know what they are talking about.
