    Yep , just as you thought , darn life lessons suck some times .
    When I did the cam in mine I did not replace the chain but had only 16,000 miles on it .
    Did you get a new engine yet ?
    Hey is that one picture a picture of the new Bosh Smashed Plugs ?

    Yeah that sucks Dale! Never seen a timing chain go on an LS engine in the 4 years I've worked at a GM Dealer.

    Well after I saw what happend to you Dale I will be replacing mine when I swap my next cam. I have over 100k less miles but the next ones will be bad to it. haha

    I'm really glad I spent the $45 for the new ls2 chain now. I figured cheap insurance, looks likke it was.
