There's no need to break in a used part. By definition, it's already broken in. Install the retuned PCM after the gears.
Do you really think with my mod's + 4:10's a G80 will detonate? Eventually I do plan on putting a 100 shot on my truck will the g80 not hold that?

Tough to say, but everyone I know here that had one that fragged will tell you not to get a g80.
I was told by my install guy and by Rons machine, that My my gears are pre worn a little, and since I had a used auburn pro, I didnt really have to break them in. But I did just to be safe. in about a week or 2 when I buy the diff cover, ill check and see if there is any metal on the magnet. I would be more worried about the gears, than the g80 on wear.
