I have had good luck with Rockford Fosgate Power series and also with Kicker. I have 2 kicker comp 12inch and they perform well.

Alpine makes some good stuff. I am running one of their 5ch amps and it pounds my Blau duel voice coil 10" with no issues. I am sure their sub is good as well.

How much you willing to spend ? I'd go with JL Audio 10W3's or if ya can afford it the W7's. I have the 10W3's and a JL 300/2 amp and love em. Had em for about four years already and the sound as good now as the day I bought em...Zed

Mounting depth on JLs are too deep for my box I am putting in.
I am buying a premade super-bass Probox for one 10" sub.
Only have a mounting depth of 6 1/2".

i am running a kicker comp vr and the mounting depth is small for it. it is in a downfire box under the rear seat with great clearnce. it rocks. i am using an autotek 5ch amp with digital sub outlet.

Elemental Designs. best bang for the buck...and shallow mounting depths. ~ 5.25" for a 10" sub i think. ill attach they're power chart...

Not to steal this thread, but I cannot seem to find a box for my regular cab that will hold 2 12's w/o having to build one myself. I built the ones I have for my 10's now, but I want something that looks cleaner, and might give me a little more room. Any ideas?
Hey Jaybo,
This is where I am getting my box from.
Here is a box you might consider:

Believe me, one twelve is all you will need for your truck with this box. It makes that sub sound like its an 18"![]()
Don't worry if you don't see the box you are looking for. Just call the support number and see if they have a box like you want that they haven't posted up yet. Personally, the box I am getting isn't shown but they are gonna ship it to me.
Hope this helps![]()
