    Off Road Y vs. Duals

I've noticed a lot of support for the off road Y on this forum. How much HP can a Silverado take with a good set of LT Headers and single 3" all the way out? Are there any reasons/ advantages to running the off road Y compared to running 2.5"/3" true duals? (with H or X pipe). I was pretty set on duals, but with Forced Induction being far down the road it seems I might be able to do fine with the ORY until I get into the FI realm...

Good for at LEAST 200 HP, maybe more with good quality fuel, like AVGAS.

Now if you go true duals what is better H pipe or a X pipe?
    Step 1. crus at it.
    Step 2. get a hammer.
    Step 3. torch it.

Either one will yeild the same results. I don't know where you live but ORY means just that Off Road Y it is not emissions legal unless you have a cat. I say do LT's Magnaflow HFC's and which ever mufflers you want, I like Flowmasters, and true 2.5" duals. You will notice the differnce.

depending on the displacement of the motor, i am thinking anything about 6.0 would work better under a 3" exhaust.. seems like i seen a chart somewhere, i'll try and find it... 5.3 or less 2.5.. i run true duals with a crossover magnaflow muffler.. no X pipe..
