I just added a Comp 212/216 .557/.561 114 lsa to my 5.3L and it is running great...although I've only had it in the motor for about 24 hours now. My question is should I go ahead and have LT headers put in when my long-range plan (September-ish) is to have a front-mount turbo installed? I will essentially lose half of my header investment once the turbo goes in. Or should I save the money and just wait for September?Power is addicting, I must have more!!!!!

I'd say to wait, no sense in spending money now on something that you'll be undoing in a few months. Hell, by then, the paint may not even be burned off the headers!! Save up to do the mods that you really want.
