Where exactly is this imfamous O-ring in the pan at? Well in that cse I might as well swap to the F-body pan, since its in a rockcrawler, I need the extra clearance.

You'll have to pull the oil pan off, then remove the pickup tube. It's the O-ring that goes between the pickup tube and oil pump.
