Anyone out there done a replacement of a 6.0l iron head lq4 to a newer (less mileage of course) 6.0l? What is involved since the wreckers say the 2 are not interchangeable?

i'm guessing a complete external component and sensor swap (with intake) should take care of the wiring issues- then it is just a matter of the accessories?
