12558346 is a factory EGR block off plate that will run you about 12 bucks at a dealer. your car probally wouldnt stay running since that would be one hell of a vacume leak. as far as the hole in the exhuast... just grab some aluminum (beucase its soft metal thats easy as pie to cut and drill) and make you a block off plate.
