injector won't seat all the way

I can't get my #7 injector to completely seat. I'm sure its causing a vacuum leak, but would it also cause a ticking sound?
Its a 95 5 speed 4.8 swap. And tips or tricks to get it in there? All the rest are seated properly.

Done tryed lubing it up, even put downward pressure and taped light with a rubber mallet.
Can't see any thing in the way, the rubber oring was on like the others. What gives?

Did you check to see if theres anything in the hole. Old O-Ring or maybe the little cup at the end of the injector stayed in there?
