Where can I get a block-off plate for the EGR hook-up for the passenger side header?

Uhhhh I'm pretty sure that's what this entire thread is about..... Sticking a 1/8 npt pipe plug seals it off pretty well I did it once and saw a little soot build up so took it out and put a little pipe dope on it and seals like a champ
    now!

    Edit: wrong size corrected

The dipstick bolt is the same size and thread. I just dug through a box of old bolts till I found one. Then put it in with some locktite. Could remove dipstick bolt and take it to a hardware store to match it up there.

My bad. I thought the OP was referring to bolt size.
