I do a ton of Highway driving, live in the country. With a 3000 stall will my truck cruise on the highway at a normal of 2300 rpms? Or will in be 3000 and up. Sorry if this is a dumb question I have no experience with stalls. Thanks

The convertor will lock up at the PCMs programmed speed, mine's 45 mph per Allen's wizardry. When mine locks it feels like I shifted from 3rd to 5th gear due to the high stall.

It will act pretty much the same as stock when it comes to cruise speed. Mine locks up at 30 mph around town. Some guys get a PCM error about the transmission and it may lock you into first and second gear until you restart the engine. If that happens you have to get the codes shut off so that doesn't happen any more. I don't think you'll have any problems with it if you keep to a reasonable stall, 3k and under.

So after all is said and done,, my cruising speed on the highay will be normal RPMs but my 1/4 will be reduced by .2-.4 or so?

dont get the TCI 3000 stall i have one and it shudders too much for my liking. IT is badass for acceleration, though.

I don't know how everyone else's TQ does on a stock tune but 3200 sucked at slow acceleration until I retuned it. There was alot of drag and hesitation from 0 - 20 at take off. I took some advice from jimmyblue and the truck shifts awsome now.
