    p0200 with out missfire

95 rcsb 4.8 5 speed. Truck lost power like "limp mode" and threw cel. I had my codes pulled, and got p0102 and p0200.
Got a new maf and no change in power.
Now for the p0200, why is it throwing that code and not have a missfire? Code also says check tps
I can unhook the battery for 15-20 minutes and it will drive fine for 10-20 miles then it goes back in to some sort of "limp mode" unhook it again, same thing. What can it be?
    Thanks guys.

could possibly be an injector wire/terminal/connection causing the P0200.

P0102, several causes but I'd check connection on the black maf wire.

Well, I can disconnect the battery for 10-15 minutes and it will run fine with a ticking sound that is there hot or cold through the whole rpm range, and I can even hear it with open exhaust (the piece with the o2 like you would get from the junkyard is the only exhaust on the truck) when it goes into its little "limp mode" the ticking goes away.

Well, I added a extra ground to the block-frame swapped maf plug and disconnected the battery for some time, took it for a drive, the power is back the ticking is back and the cel light was still on. Came back home checked every thing out all looked well. Went for another drive and the cel went off but the ticking is still there. I'm leaning towards a bad cam, or lifter. Its consistant at all rpms no mater temp
    Any ideas?
