    Edelbrock manifold question

So I have been looking at going to a new intake manifold. I already have a cam, long tubes, Tune and will be going to forced induction sometime in the future. I have been looking at the FAST intake (the tall one for the lsx). But I also like the edelbrock PRO-FLO Xt. I was curious what else I would need to use the edelbrock intake. It says it is for a 90mm. Will I need an adapter plate? Do I have to swap the water pump and grind down the accessory brackets like I would if I was changing over to a ls1/ls6 manifold? Will the fuel rails etc work. Is it taller or shorter then the factory 5.3 manifold. Just trying to get a list together so I can do the swap on a weekend and have my truck back on the road by a Monday in time for work. Also if anyone has any pictures of one installed that would be great.
