Cool Edelbrock Pro flo XT EFI

What do you guys think about this intake. Im really considering getting it because i would feel better with an aluminum intake over plastic when i throw some boost at my lq4. Plus is looks awesome.

I'm sure it'll make some more power. However it's aluminum and will heat soak 100x's more than a composite intake especially if your running any type of FI. Have you looked into FAST's intake manifolds??

I have a Super Vic Jr and it is not hot at all when running for a long period of time, I think it is as hot as my composite one was.

I call bs on the guys saying its not hot after driving. My Vic jr would burn my hand after driving it. That won't stop me from using an aluminum intake again though. I would buy one of these over a $1k FAST that's for dang sure

That's the reason I'm buying it... half the price of a fast and I bet more capable. Plus it looks cool
