i am in the process of buying the parts to turbo charge my truck.(2009 Colorado 5.3l ) i have bought a mpt76 turbo waste gate and bov valve plus i have got a new set of matched injectors that go on a zr1 sc corvette.
now i need some fuel rails and fuel regulator . so that i have the parts to build my return fuel system . so what fuel rails and regulator do you guys think i should run

You can run factory 99-03 truck rails and use the factory reg. Worked well for me when mine was turbo'd.

as stated above the factory is just fine unless you are shooting for crazy power and boost with the 5.3 you should be fine. Just get some bigger injectors and a higher flowing fuel pump.
