    cam help

    i got a 05 silverado 5.3 im gonna cam it but what cam is better ths TSP 220/220 with a 581/581 or comp cam 220/224 with a 530/534 and a 112LSA

    Use the search. These identical cam questions come up almost weekly. The TSP or TR 220 are proven power makers and run well with bolt-ons and a 3k stall. I doubt that that you will be able to tell the difference between the two from a SOTP perspective.

    U should go with the tr220

    +1 on the tr220. but the 220/224 would be better if you ever plan to go FI or nitrous. it having more lift/duration on the exhaust lobes than the intake lobes would allow it to let more exhaust out than air/fuel coming in which in turn lowers combustion temps
