Ok i have no problem with visual but when they plug in to my obd2 port I get oxygen sensor, oxygen sensor heater, and evaporative system incomplete. what do I need to do in my tune so that they say complete.

I have the rear o2 deleted, and catalyst test passed isn't the for the rear sensors? I didn't know if my LT are messing with the front sensors.

That is weird Matt. If the front O2s are good, then there shouldn't be an issue. What have you done with the rear O2s? Are they unlpugged? Are they plugged in, but just strapped to the frame?
As for the EVAP stuff, you can have that disabled in the tune.

Wrong.
I went through this for 1 1/2 year. The system check procedure will stop after a fail, then the items after that can't complete.
Had this problem with my SD tune, swapped back to a MAF tune, and it worked, then went back SD. That is what worked for me.

I think I got it I just went thru and changed all the 02, evap, egr, air, and anything else related to emission or the system checks to report no errors. On hp tuners it shows all test completed. So I will go back and try again in a few days hopefully this time it will pass.
