    Dual blower install pics

Here are a couple of pics of the dual 1900 I built for a customer in Canada. STill has a little way to go before firing it up but he is making good progress I think.
Still have another tank to build for him, while he is getting his fuel system worked out.

20-20+ psi. The pulleys that are there really are to small. I think they are more like 26+ pulleys.... Time will tell... Go thing its going to be one heck of a learning curve. Customer trying to get 2 throttle bodies on there.

Dare to be different, I like it!

What's the advantage of using the dual blowers? I'm guessing its to build boost faster than a single???? Just curious... I thought I saw a blip in a Hot Rod magazine a few years ago where a guy mounted the Weiand blowers on top of each other - basically his thought was to build boost instanteously.

The engine is a 427 and the customer did alot of research and wanting to keep to the blowers in a very effecient area on the curve, which required 2 1900's to do it. He's goal is 4 digits on the dyno. So it came down to the amount air flow to blower map air flow.

The over all system should not any louder then a stock unit, unless the air inlet has some weird harmonics.

I wish I would have had the truck here, the rear inlet could have been given a little more room.. LOL
