There's no engine in it in the 1st two pics. The last one is a different truck.

The rear is stock height and the front is about how high a coil spring truck would go without an engine.
or he could have spacers in it, on top of the coils
also the last pic has no molding on the front bumper different truck
1998 chevy 1500 with 6.0/4l80e comp cam, tune, exhaust,
can take the molding off, same hood, same color, and why would someone post a "fake" truck anyways, thats just tarded
